This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.


All orders are processed within 2-3 business day and will usually be delivered within 7-14 days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will cost a flat shipping fee of $5. We deliver our products via USPS and FedEx. 


We only ship to confirmed addresses provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to deliver.
Any address change must be confirmed by our customer service. Once the order is delivered, we will no longer accept requests to modify the address. Similarly, you have to update us the new phone number that you would like us to contact you on the order/delivery status.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package(s) being shipped along with a tracking number. You can also check your package information by view our order tracking page.


As of now, Cartwoo doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with PayPal in any country, but please ensure the delivery address is in United States.


If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a full refund.If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a refund as soon as possible.
